She gave me practical advice all along the way. While looking she gave me tips about what kind of care a house would need and alerted me to issues with homes I was looking at - for example, she spotted an issue with window wells in a place I liked that would likely have been expensive to fix. Due to this I knew I could really trust that she was looking for the right place for me, rather than just urging me to buy a place. When it came to house shopping Ella really went the extra mile, including searching for off-market properties and properties in areas I might not have thought of that ticked all my boxes. When I made an offer, Ella gave good advice, from what offer would be appropriate to the names of good home inspectors. She also did a great job negotiating and advocating on my behalf. I would recommend Ella to anyone in a heartbeat!
